You are met at İstanbul airport by our representative. You spend the first few nights staying in the old city which lies between the Bosphorus and the Golden Horn. From here you can visit most of the sites on foot. In between visits to St. Sophia, Topkapi Palace, the Yerebatan Cistern, the Blue Mosque and many other mosques, churches and museums, stroll down to the Bosphorus for a fish lunch or enjoy one of the many vegetarian restaurants which serve the locals throughout the day.

The Grand Bazaar is but a twenty minute walk away. St Chora and the Theodosian Walls are the only places to which you require transport. Jump on a tram or hire a taxi for these. Your hotel will provide you with details of Bosphorus Tours or you can cross to the Asian shore on a ferry-boat! We organise your transfer across the Sea of Marmara. At the other end our car-hire representative will be awaiting you.

The driving instructions we provide give detailed information on all the sites to visit as you travel down the coast. We suggest 2 nights in the area of Troy and Assos, two nights on the coast near Pergamum, three nights at Selcuk from where you visit Ephesus and other Ionian cities, one night near Bodrum, and the last three nights in the Oludeniz area near Fethiye.

However you can yourselves decide on the length of stay in the different areas, and discuss your plans with us before making decisions. Your accommodation throughout your tour is pre-booked and mainly in small hotels. We find that the friendliness and service in these ‘special accommodation’ category hotels far outdo that of the larger five star complexes.
